I called the company Monday, May 1 at 1:52 PM to get a quote for installing a separate shut-off valve for our irrigation system. Was told the person handles those tasks were not available at the moment to they took my number a promised a call back. Today, May 5 at 9:53, I called the company back as they did not return my call as promised. I was told they would call me right back. Well didn't happen either. They blew 3 times so I am taking my business elsewhere.
T & Y & B Plumbing was absolutely wonderful! If it wasn't for them, our kitchen sink would remain clogged. The plumber was very polite and approachable. It was truly satisfying! Great job!
