The customer service I received from Lauren and Dan was excellent! We had an emergency as our hot water heater was flooding our basement. I called Friday evening and by Saturday evening it was replaced. There was attention to detail, empathy, and care. First impressions are everything, and they certainly made an impact. Jason is AWESOME! He's extremely professional, knowledgable, and considerate. Some people skip steps but Jason is thorough! We had to order a new motherboard for our gas furnace and he walked me through several options before providing his recommendation. Jason wouldn't leave until the system correctly turned on/off. Maurice was lovely! He was able to come same-day and got my system running again quickly. He gave me all the options, but didn't sell me anything I didn't need. He also explained everything so I could understand how the system works (I have two heat pumps, but one has a gas backup and one an electrical backup).
