They came out to take measurements. It was quick and easy, I didn't have to do anything. Couple days after measuring the crew came out and installed the gutters. Everyone was very professional and nice. I got the new gutters because mine were leaking at the seams and I didn't like the slant along the front porch. They took notes during the measurements and when they installed the gutters it was a noticeable improvement. I would definitely recommend Ruff Roofers. Service: Gutter installation

We had gutters installed from a different company and they were not working right. We had Ruff Roofers come out and they looked at the system and gave us their honest evaluation which we could use to go back and get the other company to admit they did it wrong. Ruff roofers was courteous and understood our situation perfectly. I would recommend them to anybody who asked

They were able to come out within just a day or two after we called requesting assistance. It was for a religious facility and they treated the building with dignity. From the estimator to the crew, they were professional and and responsive.
