Hired RA Ohler to replace hot water heater and install a water jet backup sump. A quick phone estimate was given, which personally gave me some pause, but Rich assured me there would be no surprises. The estimate was well below that of a local competitor, so I went with RA Ohler. I was very impressed with the quality of work and the value.
