We used Dave CORZINE Plumbing as our plumbing contractor for a rehab project we were working on. His bid was fair, he worked well with the other contractors and worked within the "building schedule" timeline. His work was excellent and passed all city inspections without incident. My hot water heater went out on Thanksgiving. I called several places and struggled to find someone to come out especially without a huge fee. Dave was willing to come out and was at my house an hour later. He assessed and fixed the problem quickly and charged a reasonable price. I would definitely work with Dave again.
