Called Corbin today because my oil furnace was constantly shutting down. Tom the Corbin Technician was at our home within the hour. Tom was very knowledgeable, professional and also personable. Tom did a thorough inspection/testing and found several parts that likely were causing my furnace to fail. He replaced these parts and explained what each part did. Definitely 5 star service!!!! Thank you both Tom and Corbin!!

We have been using Corbin since 2012 and have been very satisfied. We have received great customer service and they have been very responsive. We had an issue with a strong propane smell after a delivery and they sent a service tech out within a few hours to check everything out. Ended up being a non-issue. Thanks!

We've had some issues with our tank placement in the past because it was located inside a locked gate. We've called many times in the past asking them to call ahead for access to the tank, something they seem to be incapable of understanding. Every time they come to fill our tank, we get an angry call from Gary about having a locked gate blocking their driver from accessing our tank. The most recent event was the most absurd. Gary from the Bel-Air location called my mother yelling at her about the (what most people would consider a small issue) tank being inside a locked fence. He then threatened to have our tanked pulled and account closed. It's funny he's mentioned directly by name in other reviews. We've tried to communicate to them the simple solution but they don't get it, it's all our problem. We moved our tank so they could access it for now but we plan to close our account and switch providers when renewal comes around. Really what a joke to yell at and threaten your paying cus
