This was my second time using Rock Spring Mechanical Services and I can't recommend them enough! The technicians and customer service representatives I interacted with were friendly, polite, and professional, and helped me get my HVAC problem taken care of quickly. The technician who came out to the property took the time to explain everything that was wrong with my unit and corrected the issue at hand for a very fair price. Since this was a rental property, the front office followed up with a receipt and statement in the mail. Great job by the Rock Spring team!
Sean is an amazing technician. He has serviced our unit a couple times. He talked me trough an issue in the dead of winter and got my unit back up.
