Extremely impressed with Eco-Cool. Air conditioner stopped working mid morning. It was a Saturday (Memorial Day weekend), randomly found Eco-Cool and gave them a call. Steve walked me through what it could possibly be and said I'd have to wait until Tuesday to fix the motor. Steve called me back a few minutes later and advised me to try to move the AC fan with a stick to see if it kicked on and if it kicked on it was a different issue. Sure enough, we used a stick and it turned on. Called Steve back and within 90 minutes Steve was knocking on my door and a few minutes after that, replaced the bad capacitor and the air was working again. The fact that he answered the phone, called me back, and was at my house all within a 2 hour window Memorial Day Weekend is extremely impressive. I have two small children and not having air during the hottest days of spring was not something we were needing. Super grateful for Steve and Eco-Cool for helping us so quickly. Not only did Joe walk me through what the issue was with my ac unit, but he also clearly explained what he would do to remedy the situation. He arrived early, working in the most thorough, clean and respectful way possible. Most importantly the quoted price did not change once the work was completed, there were no hidden or surprise fees.
