This company wouldn't repair the storm damage on my roof stating they only did replacements of the entire roof. We wasted over a week while being lied to by their rep who insisted he needed to get corporate permission to do my repairs that did not include replacement . Their advertising is misleading and dishonest and I would never call them again even if I needed a new roof Service: Roof inspection
Ameripro came out to our house after a bad storm and offered to help getting the storm inspected by our insurance company and they would take care of the repairs. They met with our insurance adjuster, but went on the roof without the adjuster and began damaging shingles. The damage is NOT caused by the storm and therefore not covered by insurance. The salesman stopped returning my calls, I had to reach out to corporate and [at the advice of my insurer] I am likely filing a police report.. Service: Roof inspection
