They were very timely to come up with detailed, professional estimate for the work, with video walk-through, and to complete the work right on the scheduled date, with all the details and communications to assure the owner that the work is getting done with top quality materials and workmanship! Recently had A1 provide me with a duralast roof after dealing with a leak on my flat roof. I had many contractors give me estimates but A1 provided me with the most reasonable quote (far below even the lowest estimate), along with a better warranty than any other company, using commercial grade material that is better rated than the material other contractors were trying to replace my roof with. Staff was prompt and was able to squeeze my roofing job in. Mr. Maurice communicated throughout the process all that was going on with material delivery, scheduling and so forth and he and his staff completed the job as scheduled, despite periods of inclement weather.

Being that Kangaroof hasn't responded to my phone calls and I've contracted another company to fix the problem, I've decided to leave a review. About 10-12 yrs ago Kangaroof came and replaced my whole roof. Very professional and courteous. So much so that a couple of years later I had another issue and had them come and handle the issue. Once again professional and courteous no problem. Two months ago had a small leak and someone repair it then two weeks later another leak on the top of the house (different area from the first leak). They should have installed whats called a rubber roof like they did on the rear of the house, on the front they installed shingles. I was told that although there's nothing wrong with the roof aestheticly, it's the wrong type of roofing material that was used. Since then I've been told by three different companies the same thing. I reached out to Kangaroof not wanting a new roof since I've had the use of this one for over a decade. But, a fair replace
