FRIENDLY & RESPONSIVE AT FIRST... THEN UNPROFESSIONALLY GHOSTED This husband & wife small company were a godsend in dealing with our home warranty and repair to our Air Conditioning unit. Unfortunately we were battling out issues with the Home Warranty. Husband (I cannot recall his name) was very friendly and professional when he came to inspect the unit. Stacy (wife) was very friendly and super responsive every time I called her. She was able to answer questions and calm my nerves in dealing with the home warranty company. Fast forward a year, issues with home warranty were resolved and all information was provided to Stacy. Then when I followed up a month later and left a message. No return call. I gave them space and called the next month. Same, no return call. After that, I called every couple of days to figure out what was the issue. This is the best company. They are both polite,kind and caring. When I called them about our air conditioning unit they made it possible to get it fixed that day. Pat came out to our house at 10:30 pm because he knew we had small children. He had been on 13 calls already today. Within minutes he was able to fix the problem. This company is not only knowledgeable and honest but goes way beyond the extra mile to help out. I can not say thank you enough. I will be using them for all of our heating and cooling needs.
