Dan's Air

Dan's Air was the second contractor sent to our home by our home warranty company and they were amazing. Professional, honest and straight to the point. They knew the job would be hard work and were straightforward about the price that we would have to pay. Enrique was helpful and informative during every phone call and Sean did a thorough examination when they came to check our HVAC. Dan was honest and straightforward with us and worked with our warranty company to make sure that our system could be replaced as soon as possible. They came out to our house during the holidays and worked all day to make sure that we had heat. Highly recommend!

Dan came out earlier than expected and assessed the issue immediately. He knew exactly what the problem was and effectively corrected the issue. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We woke up on Sunday when it was only 12 degrees outside and discovered we didn't have any auxiliary heat in the house. The thermostat would only go up to 65 degrees. We called our home warranty people and they sent out Dan's Air. He was there quick and discussed with my husband what the problem was. He tried to get the part we needed that day but the store was closed since it was Sunday. The very next day (which was a holiday) he called and said he has the part we needed and came back out and installed it right then. We now have heat and it's working great!
