He coordinated with my insurance company on my claim, met with the adjuster, and guided me through the process with detailed information. I was kept informed each step of the way. Kevin was always quick to respond, was on site with the crew, and went above and beyond to take care of every detail. Clear access to my roof was quite difficult but he found a way without damaging my flowers and shrubs. Great care was taken to protect the landscape and surrounding areas along with thorough clean-up when the job was done.
