Evan came twice to fix our AC unit. Once to assess and order the proper parts and the next to install the part and fix it. He was quick, professional, and responsive when I had questions. Our AC suddenly stopped working last Wednesday during the excessive heat wave last week. We were in so much distress from the heat so we called United Air Temp- VA on Thursday scheduled an appointment and Tech Evan showed up early the very next day! We were prepared to pay for expensive non-covered parts and waiting if not in stock. Our technician was very professional and efficient! He came in our home and quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what had happened and went on to fix the issue. After three hours we were back up and running! We were so relieved!!! Problem fixed, no waiting or great expense ???? We highly recommend United Air Temp- VA based on their great customer service, knowledge and our technician’s ability to bring quick results!
