Walter Electric

The individual that showed up to our house appeared sexist and ultimately unprofessional. My wife called upon the services of Walter Electric while I was at work. My wife had an idea of what the potential issue was in our house. Instead of listening to what my wife had to say to ease the troubleshooting process, the electrician was short and abrasive when communicating. Eventually the electrician discovered that my wife was correct about the faults of the house. The electrician was eventually less abrasive once he discovered my wife to be more privy to the situation than he initially thought. This review won’t make any difference and I wish my wife remember the electricians name. I also wish I had encountered this individual in person. Based on the experience and other information relayed to me, this individual doesn’t seem very intelligent. It’s a shame to pay a $179 service fee just to be berated and belittled. Bill was right on time and very friendly. He explained everything being done and worked within the constraints we had for the outlet installation and was courteous and clean during the whole process. We later had an additional issue that Bill came back out to check on (after hours, which I really appreciated!). Eric did the labor for the second job. Eric was prompt, very thorough with billing and time, and put future worries at ease! Everybody I spoke with on the phone (Peter, Ariel, Michelle) was super patient with me and my incessant questions about scheduling and estimates. Thank you so much to the team at Walter Electric! I've had Walter Electric help with my residential needs twice now and was impressed with their technicians professionalism, knowledge, and quality of their work. Both times they were able to complete my concern quickly and without a lot of nonsense charges. I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work, and will continue to use them in the future.
