Todd Air

I have used Todd air for my last two houses that I lived in. They have always been prompt with their service and always explained the issue that they found before fixing it. My current HVAC stopped working last week and they were able to come out same day to diagnose the issue and order the parts to fix it. Three days later I had the new parts installed and I am able to use my AC again. I would recommend them to any of my friends to have work done for them. Service: Repair HVAC

I don't usually write reviews, but definitely had to take the time to highlight my experience with Todd Air! I had a different company come take a look at my AC system that had frozen over. Without even looking for leaks, the other company added Freon and left. The next day, the system was frozen over again. My home warranty company sent over Todd Air, and I couldn't have been more thankful they did. Danny was especially great in explaining everything to me (I just purchased my first home, and know very little about this stuff!). After a different HVAC company had tried and failed to diagnose my issue, my home warranty company sent Todd Air. They not only identified and resolved the problem, they explained what they were doing and why and answered all of my questions. They also provided helpful recommendations for improving the efficiency of my HVAC system (at my request, not trying to upsell anything), including realistic expectations around cost and effectiveness of various options. They're obviously highly qualified professionals and I appreciate them being direct and honest with me and treating me with respect. Todd Air is knowledgeable, experienced, reliable, and trustworthy and I plan to use them in the future any time I need HVAC work. I'd highly recommend them to family, friends, or anyone else.
