I have used Ambient for several years now, at three different houses I have owned. My old two houses were a boiler and my new house is forced air. I feel that they are fair, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and are able to schedule you easily with some flexibility. The owner (I think it is the owner) is very responsive and wants the customers to be satisfied. I highly recommend them.

Our unit was not working up to speed and kept entering a delayed cycle. Tim has been out twice and he came out again and got the unit back up and working! What we loved most is that he took time to check multiple things to make sure it wasn’t an additional issue. We have a service contract with Ambient and highly recommend that as well.
