Sarid did an excellent job diagnosing why my air conditioning system failed to function and quickly found a replacement part for it. Everyone I interacted with at Clarksville Heating and Air was professional, friendly, and helpful. In the last 6 weeks several technicians came to my home to offer quotes, fix a broken a/c, and eventually install an entire new system. They were all terrific: Brandon, Reynaldo, Grant, Rick, Jaime (and hopefully I’m not missing anyone) were super. The front office staff were also patient and helpful. Replacing my old furnace and A/C was a big undertaking and I am truly grateful for the people at Clarksville Heating and Air that made it less of a challenge. Thank you many times over! Had humidifier installed. The technician that installed humidifier did somewhat sloppy work. Clarksville responded in timely manner and sent Rey M to rework installation getting my heating/cooling system functioning properly. I’m posting this review to acknowledge company’s responsiveness. However, will update my review based on how they perform as we move forward
