I called B&B Columbia for a heat pump issue at my mom's house that was stressing her out. John who is the service manager was accommodating and got us an appointment within the week. Dave and DJ who were the technicians that serviced our unit were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions regarding what the issue was, what they did to fix it, and what to expect/not worry about in the future. 10/10 will recommend. Service: HVAC system maintenance
They are always on time and very kind when they come out. Always considerate of my pets and time with quick but efficient checkups. They are always happy to work around our schedule. I recently had one of their people named Adam come out he was really nice, friendly and quick! Had a nice beard too. Trel arriving as scheduled and was polite and professional. He completed the inspection and part replacement in a timely manner and explained the work completed. I will definitely use this service in the future.
