I have been using this business for over 15 years and the staff is very professional. I woke up one morning last week and found that the heat was not coming on. Within 30 minutes of reporting this condition to B & B both Trel & Du were dispatched to my home. They diagnosed the problem within a few minutes upon examining the unit.
