Ive spoke with Mike to set up an appt, and here it is 4 weeks later he has never shown up. No tech or a phone call. I even have confirmed emails. If this is how they do business, I do not recommend going to them for anything. I have a new home and theyre listed as the company to use. We have had Redsteel out for service several times. The technicians were always on time and knowledgeable. The last time was an emergency and the tech arrived as requested and solved the problem the same day. Thanks again!
Whether for heating or cooling needs, Redsteel is great as I've benefitted from both. They show up when promised, you get a text that your technician is on way, take the time to explain the problem and necessary repairs and take care of the issue the first time. Highly recommend!
