Heil Plumbing

Brandon replaced my water heater today and he and his partner did a great job. They arrived on time, I appreciated the automated text that they were on their way and also provided a picture of the technician. I appreciated the scheduler working with me to make sure they would have everything on their truck to get the job done in one day. My only complaint is that there was no rough estimate for the work provided ahead of time, and the water heater cost about twice what I expected. Overall, tho, I was very pleased and will use Heil again when I have plumbing needs.

Heil and their crew had their work cut out for them with our case. My house needed the entire underfloor piping and drainage system replaced under a slab. The work was done with such precision, promptness, and efficiency that more than 50' of under slab PVC and 35' of septic piping was completed in three days including a masterful concrete finish. They were even able to jackhammer under a newly renovated tile tub and didn't crack a single tile. The tile floor, they left a surgeon's line for me to work with. Masterful work. Get Ike to do your estimate if you can, very accurate and so professional and polite. Joel oversaw all the work done and was transparent and knowledgeable enough to instruct me (Harry Homeowner) on what was being done, what to address, how to access everything like clean outs, and just showed the best of Heil. Would use this company again, 100%

Heil plumbing installed a new gas line in my crawlspace and I couldn't be happier with the results. The installation process was smooth and efficient, and the plumbers were professional and courteous throughout. The new gas line has been working perfectly and I have had no issues with it. Overall, I would highly recommend these plumbers for any gas line installation work.
