Jake did outstanding work! He has great communication skills, was very personable and most importantly did the job well. I will use Heil Plumbing again and highly recommend them.
I had a 7:30-11:00 window appt and Jeffrey, our technician for the day came exactly at 7:30 on the dot which I appreciated because I had other things to do throughout the day. One of the problems was an easy fix, just a washer change, but the other one needed to have a the whole thing replaced along with the shut off valve and he was very thorough and professional with his work. He was patient when explaining and just overall a pleasant guy to work with. I highly recommend this place to anybody.
Nick was very polite & professional. He explained what he was doing & why. He was efficient & quick with the issues we needed handled. Highly recommend! I also really appreciated the email confirmations for the appointment & the text message the morning of letting me know the tech was on his way, what his name was, & a picture of what he looked like, so I knew who to expect.
