Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The problem I called on was not completely resolved. 1. I had to call several times to get a follow-up or follow through. 2. I called their office several times to speak with a manager and/or supervisor. On a few of those times was promised someone would call back but never received a return call. 3. The only way things would get done was when I spoke with one associate, who was unrelated to plumbing, that would reach out to a supervisor/manager from the department responsible for plumbing. 4. To date I have never received a call back about the primary concern of the uncompleted job. I called Roto-Rooter because the company has over the years advertised and presented themselves as the place to contact for the quality of their work which would include dependability, responsiveness, and thoroughness in completing the task they were hied to do. Unfortunately they fell very short of those expectations. Service: Plumbing
