I am more than happy with the service QSP Plumbing Services provided recently, our water heater suddenly broke, I called them to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. They came on time, they were very professionals from the beginning till the end, the team explained step by step the process of replacing the WH unit. We are very pleased how they manage the situation, we experience an excellent customer service before and after the visit. Very happy the team fallowed COVID-19 protocol 100% all the time during the visit. We are more than happy with the service and recommend QSP Plumbing 100% Service: Water heater installation

Edit: I had originally requested service on my hose bibb. I ended up needing parts to be ordered. The same plumber, William, came out with the parts and fixed my issue (5/21/2022). I paid via Venmo on the spot, as I did the first time with the toilet. Today (5/24/2022), I was called and emailed by Melissa, who claimed I never paid for the hose bibb work. I told her that I did in fact pay, and I saw on William's smartwatch that the payment went through. I am utterly mystified why no one would have checked with William before assuming I didn't pay my bill. I was told Venmo doesn't show in their system automatically. Why offer that form of payment then? Complete nonsense. I didn't even get an apology. I'm very happy with the service but not happy enough to pay double! Original post: The service was excellent!
