Carlos and his crew were on time and very knowledgeable. They originally came out for a free estimate for 2 ductless systems. Guided us through our decision process. They were installed in the estimated time. They cleaned up afterwards, were very courteous, helpful, explained everything. Later our house system needed maintenance. Again, had a superb experience with Carlos and his crew. WITHOUT A DOUBT, they are the best around. Thank you Carlos for excellent work!!! Carlos and Tatiana were great, got an entire new system (evaporator, A/C, and furnace) installed in a day, all at a decent price. I was very grateful for Carlos because he walked me through how my old system died and what I should do to maintain my new system in the future. Carlos was also very polite and responsive to the many questions I had. I trust these guys, they make me feel comfortable about being a new homeowner. I'm lucky to have found them! Never will use this guy again, charged me for a peice that he was able to swap out with a warranty(and did swap out and pocketed the cost of the peice ). Also proceeded to unplug things in my breaker that was discovered after calling an electrician to do work. Also my AC was fine and he messed that up too. Probably hoping to get another call from me to rip me off again. Service: Heating system repair
