The company was supposed to do a yard restoration. They picked up the job from my warranty company and then were very unresponsive about when the repair was going to be done. Total confusion each time I called and they had the audacity to think that I should wait two weeks for them to even give me a date that they can schedule the job. Very unprofessional to pick up jobs that you are not prepared to do! Wasting customers time and patience!

I would not recommend Hanes Plumbing because they picked up on this job four times and each time I was told four different things one plumber said the job could be done but cost effective another plumber saying the job is not worth their time! Now if you don’t want to do the job then communicate to whomever in the office picking up the jobs! As I am reading the reviews it seems like anyone that is going through homeserve or any other warranty company they have the most issues! Now if you feel like homeserve is not paying you enough then why do business with them! It is a waste of the customer time! Services: Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing leak repair

He was supposed to fix my running toilet , came and told me it was finished when in reality it was still running and NOW MY TOLIET IS LEAKING AND IT WASNT BEFORE HE CAME. THEN HE EMPTIED MY TRASH CAN IN A BAG THAT WASNT TRASH TO PUT THE TRASH CAN UNDER THE TOLIET HE MADE LEAK. He did not say nothing to me about it . I had went upstairs to see for myself . His name was Thomas . I do not recommend.
