He was supposed to fix my running toilet , came and told me it was finished when in reality it was still running and NOW MY TOLIET IS LEAKING AND IT WASNT BEFORE HE CAME. THEN HE EMPTIED MY TRASH CAN IN A BAG THAT WASNT TRASH TO PUT THE TRASH CAN UNDER THE TOLIET HE MADE LEAK. He did not say nothing to me about it . I had went upstairs to see for myself . His name was Thomas . I do not recommend.

I've tried a lot of plumbers over the years and never found one I could trust till now. Haynes Plumbing and Technician Robert Richard in particular are excellent. They always arrive on time. Haynes picked up my claim from Homeserve on a Saturday when our water main broke. Didn't have someone come look at it until Tuesday. Never called before they arrived. Took the job and told me they would call me to set up an appointment Thursday or Friday. Never called. I contacted Homeserve Wednesday afternoon to get an update and Haynes had DROPPED my job with no warning or contact. We have no water at the house for 4 days and they don't even have the respect to tell us they dropped the project? During the whole process they were rude and unprofessional on he phone and didn't seem to know how to do they job when they came and inspected it. Avoid them Service: Plumbing leak detection
