We had a great experience with Roofworks! Mike came when he said he would, gave me a fair estimate and helped educate me on roofs. His team was prompt and professional. They did exactly what they said they would do in the time they told me it would take and the roof looks great. Their price was also less than 2 other roofers quoted me. I was very impressed and pleased from the beginning to the end. Mike in sales was very professional and easy to understand. He spoke in terms that I could understand. He was very patient with me and my mother in answering all of our questions. He did not pressure us or make us feel like a waste of his time. He was very thorough in explaining our options. He even returned a call from a message with a question, the same day that I called. The installing crew and cleaning up crew were very satisfying as well. I only spoke to one worker, sorry I did not get his name, but he let me know that the finished product pictures will be sent with my invoice. I had a great experience with Roofworks. Zach worked well communicating with myself and my insurance to replace my full roof. Explained the details of the work needed in a clear manner. Price was very reasonable. When work was scheduled, the crew was on time and very efficient. Constantly working on the roof throughout the day to get it done. Very hard working crew. Cleaned up my yard and neighbor's yards. Overall, for a project this size, I was very happy with who I chose to do the work.
