This company installed my tankless hot water heater when Josh the owner first started his business. My unit stoped working recently and I requested an estimate to fix or replace. After three phone conversations and three weeks waiting have not received any response to date.
Outstanding service, great people. Called at 11:00 and had the issue resolved in hours. I had told them it was NOT an emergency but they still got on site in minimal time. There was extra work that i couldn't do because of my health and Houston didn't even blink. Even our dog liked him. Perfect Plumbing is the only Plumbers we'll use. This is the 3rd time we've had them out and they are always able to fix the issue in minimal time.
I had a water heater leak. So I called Perfect Plumbing and they arrived within 10 minutes of the call. Robert was personable, friendly and professional. He was considerate of my property and explained the issues and got the job done. Service: Water heater repair
