Very happy with Pohlman Plumbing. Had a plumbing emergency with a rental/townhouse and Jacob responded to my message immediately. It was a big job, requiring permits, but they found a temporary fix that allowed the tenants to continue living there and everything was complete in less than a week. Pleased with the price too.

There aren't enough stars for the level of service I received from Pohlman Plumbing and its' team. Melinda was great, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in getting me set up with technicians to come out and service my water heater. Sam and Chad arrived to assess the problem and returned to install my water heater and they were AWESOME. They were kind, customer friendly, efficient, and very, very respectful and knowledgeable. Because of Sam I am also able to get repairs done to my house from the water damage from my water heater at no cost to me. If he hadn't shared pertinent information to assist me, my repair situation could be worse. I am so thankful and grateful to them for their hard and dedicated work. 10/10 recommend. These guys were Lightning fast! I got a new hot water heater put in. I received my estimate the same day after providing photos of the old water heater. We had our heater installed within a week of paying the down payment! The installers were on time and were out of my house in 2 hours, and now my showers are steaming hot!
