Dan and company came on time and were professional from the very beginning. He was courteous enough not to dirty our carpet in a shoeless household. He was thorough evaluating the issue as well as doing a diagnostic check on the other plumbing items in our utility closet. He was honest of what did and did not need to be fixed as to not overcharge us. He was patient and willing to teach someone who knows nothing about plumbing some minor things. Knock on wood if anything were to go wrong with our plumbing, he would be the one I would call. Definitely recommend his services.
