My air conditioner went out on a very hot and humid day. Exxel was able to squeeze me in same day. The technicians were very polite and courteous and answered all of my questions. They quickly found and fixed the problem. I thought the price was very reasonable.

Bob and Eric did a great job. They serviced our oil furnace and checked our oil tank. They got the oil furnace working and found the problem. They had the part on their truck and were able to get it repaired. They cleaned up everything. I appreciated their great customer service, professionalism, explained what was wrong and showed me the part that needed to be repaired. I signed up for their service plan and will be getting a second service plan for our heat pump. I am so happy that I found a honest company who does the job right!
