Our Heat pump died and Cool Breeze first sent out Jeff. He designed a system to not only fit our needs but provide energy efficiency. I would like to personally thank Erik, Steve, Howie, Brian for a super professional job. As a team they worked in perfect harmony with each other. They went through every detail with me and made sure the system was functioning at optimal performance. I highly recommend this company. Other companies were telling us it would be several months before we’d be able to get a system installed due to unavailability. I don’t know how they did it but they came through for us. Howard ("Howie") was amazing - knowledgable, explained very clearly what the issue was, and thorough in the flushing out the problem. Additionally when I called on a MONDAY morning as my AC went off Sunday afternoon, the staff was so empathic and promised and delivered service within an hour. My AC was back within an hour.
