My previous HVAC servicer went out of business, so I researched and decided to try Farnen & Dermer. They scheduled an appointment the same week. I appreciated the text telling me the technician was on the way. Charlie P was pleasant and knowledgeable. After servicing my heat pump, he alerted me to an issue inside the system that should be addressed, but there was no pressuring me to do it immediately. I would highly recommend this company and I found their use of technology very helpful.

Farnen & Dermer has been our heating and air-conditioning contractor for many years. Recently they installed a new furnace at my parent's home. Service technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to please. They arrived promptly, cleaned up when the job was done, and made sure we were completely satisfied with their work. Highly recommend! These folks know how to run a business. Everything from estimate to installation went as they said it would and within 24 hours. (I couldn’t get an appt with my old HVAC company for 3 weeks, so I tried F&D) Techs were on time, pleasant, did the job, answered questions, and cleaned up.
