Shannon and Zach were excellent during their visit and took the time to explain my system to me. Having recently purchased a home and being unfamiliar with well and septic, I feel much better having had everything explained to me in great detail.
Ensor provided us a next day appointment to fix our bath/shower, which was great because we are expecting company for the holidays. The technician was excellent. He provided thorough explanations of everything and gave us several options. He did a great job on the repairs and we will definitely use them again. Services: Faucet repair, Shower repair
Austin did a fine job fixing my kitchen faucet - but in hindsight I feel upset with myself for not questioning or challenging the pricing. $430 for replacing the cartridge in my kitchen sink faucet - considering that I provided the cartridge! Took him about 45 minutes total. That feels like an excessive charge for labor. Will look for a more reasonable plumbing company next time. Service: Faucet installation
