Through out the process of putting a new roof on our home, the staff a peak kept us in the loop. We ended up having to replace several plywood on our roof and the tech showed us the damage and informed us of the changes and reason for the need to replace. They used tarps to cover around my entire home so as to minimize the mess and cleaned up my yard from all the nails and debris from the old roof. My husband & I are very, very pleased with the window and door installation completed a few days ago! Prior to the scheduled work, we received friendly reminder notices via email, and prior to the work a phone call to work with our schedule to plan the work day. The 3-man crew arrived on time and worked efficiently to complete the project in less than the time planned. Throughout the work time, the lead worker came to my husband and myself a few times to seek our input and work with us. During the work time, an outside Team Leader stopped by to inspect the work being completed and talk to us to see how we thought the work was going. After the completion of the work and when the project team had left our home, another leader stopped by to inquire if we were pleased with the work accomplished. Overall, we were pleased with the work scheduling and open, courteous communication and service; we are also very happy with the quality of the product and completed window and door installations

Loved working with Peak to replace our back door and window. Both were old, insecure, and not energy efficient. The finished job looks great - I also feel much safer at home and I know we'll see the effects in our energy bill too. The customer service is also top notch. It was difficult to even get quotes from other companies but Peak is very communicative and everyone who touched base with us and came out to meet with us was great, especially Vito. The service wasn't cheap but it was reasonably priced and you get what you pay for. They did work with us to stay in our budget and they did a great job. Service: Installation
