From the dispatch, for some reason they entered the wrong address and had the Technician going in some other direction. However, once Maurice got to my house, He was very polite and respectful. I explained the situation to him then he went to work. Technically he didn’t fix anything but he explained to me the problem I have and he gave many detailed options for me to choose from to completely fix my issue.
