We’d previously been told by a different contractor that our 4-year-old system was simply too small to cool our first floor. So, we decided to have Dave’s World take a look as a second opinion. Don found that our system had only a minor refrigerant leak. All diagnosis and repairs were impressively performed in under 2 hours and our system is working great and cooling the full first floor! In addition, we really appreciate the professionalism and care taken for our home. Dave’s World is our first call going forward.

We spoke to several local companies before deciding to go with Dave's World for our heat pump installation. Nick and the team were just amazing from start to finish. From our initial estimate, Nick was super helpful in answering all our questions, and he made himself available to answer questions even after we signed the contract. He also ensured that we were getting the best system for our needs. The guys who showed up to install our system were friendly, professional, clean and quiet. We both work from home and other than some required drilling noise, we could barely tell they were here all day. They gave us great tips to ensure that we're getting the most efficiency out of our new Mitsubishi system. I know the wait times to schedule an estimate or install can be on the longer side with Dave's World, but it's for good reason. They are amazing and worth the wait. We had great communication with Jason from the quote thru the finish of the job. The price was competitive, and we went with Dave's World because they install a lot of heat pumps, and they carry Mitsubishi which we knew we could trust without doing a lot of further research. The installation crew was very professional, polite and respectful. All good!
