Gelinas did excellent work for us after weeks of issues having the fuel company take wild guesses at our furnace’s issue in subzero temps. Within minutes they had identified an obvious issue with a clogged drain and over-pressured propane entering the unit. We were facing a huge bill for replacement parts before we called them, but it took Justin’s team maybe 1.25 hours to adjust and clean the system back to fighting weight at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended - we’ll be working with them again.

Also plumbing repair ! They corrected and repaired a contractor error when the house was built. They also identified and corrected an ERV error and repaired. We live in an old house with complicated wiring and all kinds of strange issues arising from the heating system having been installed decades after the house was built. Our tech from Gelinas was FANTASTIC as was the scheduler beforehand. I got a text he was on his way, including his photo so I could identify him (great touch). He arrived right on time, was incredibly professional and easy to work with, and got right into the mess to figure out why one thermostat was either stuck on or off. Within an hour he had created a workaround to temporarily but fully fix the issue, had explained why the problem had happened in the first place (it was due to a wire I cut inadvertently during some home repair!), and had sent in a request for the parts needed for a permanent fix. I'm thrilled with the results and would not hesitate to send friends and family to Gelinas for their needs. Thanks so much!
