Comfort Mechanical in Ann Arbor MI took care of an AC leak on the evaporator and added new refrigerant. The crew was quick to find the installation issue and took care of it in less than 2hrs. Highly professional team. However, the company that installed the HVAC (Pulte in Michigan) washed away any warranty responsibility at my house that is less than 2 1/2 years old. Shame on Pulte ! While I appreciate the same day service, paying $299 for a capacitor was a bit much. That with the service fee of $96 for a 5-minute fix. I am grateful the AC is working again since I have a pet and kids but I will not be using this company next time I have issues with heating or cooling due to price gouging.
My furnace stopped working on a Saturday and I was struggling to find someone to come out. Comfort Mechanical was at my house fifteen minutes after I called them and had everything fixed within a few hours. The customer service was also very good and I will definitely use them in the future. Service: HVAC system maintenance
