Cameron was professional, courteous and thorough. I was very impressed and thankful we called in the pros. We had a leaky shower handle that had stripped when I tried to take it out, so had to call in the pros.. and I'm so glad we did! It turned into a massive undertaking, including a blow torch, grinder and a lot of elbow grease... the toughest he's seen in 10+ years of plumbing... but he got it without having to take out the pipe valve, which saved us a serious unforeseen expense. When it came time to bill, he did not charge for any time that wasn't necessary, even though it took him much longer than expected due to a leak that had gone on for years and rusted the handle onto the pipe. He also replaced the bath faucet and made sure it was secure (it had been loose and protruding from the wall, contributing to water damage). Their prices (trip charge $45; $32/15min, $128/hr labor; plus parts) are competitive with any other local professional plumber, and they were fair and honest
