I called Temprasure because my heat wasn't working all night. Alfred Stewart arrived sooner than expected, which was great. I received a call to let me know he would be able to arrive earlier. He was very professional and I would use this company for service again. Service: Heating system maintenance

My elderly non english speaking parents needed their water heater replaced and Temprasure did not leave until they made sure my parents were satisfied and they very happy to have hot water once again. They were very patient with them and appreciated how they did not abandon them even though I know sometimes it's hard to deal with my non speaking parents. I liked how Temprasure handled the service and they checked back with us a few days later to make sure that everything was still working good. I definitely would recommend this company for anyone needing their services.

Terrible. My issue was a simple clog that another company fixed within 10 mins of being on the site. And here I’m still waiting for Temprasure to give me a quote for repairs they said would be well north of $1000. They charged me $100 for a 30 min diagnostic, where they did absolutely nothing except put water down a drain to see if it was clogged - did not mention that the it was clogged or that the clog was the source of my issue. Call a reliable company and get the job done right the first time! Service: A/C system repair
