At the end of last winter late in the evening my furnace wouldn't light. A good friend's husband came over and got it going for me. He told me I needed a new furnace because the flame is rolling and it means the heat exchange is cracked. Fast forward to this weekend. It wouldn't start yesterday so I called all star and he came out right away. Within mintues he found the issue. It wasn't a crack at all, it had carbon build up. He blew out the clog and cleaned it up . Thank you for being honest, and saving me thousands. Highly recommend!
Called three times about my ac not working, left a message twice with no call back. I spoke to someone the third time I called and they were rude and cut me off while trying to explain what I needed. They told me they couldn’t come out and hung up on me, will not be calling back in the future.
