I would tell anyone who needs a roof replacement or repair to make their first and only call to Northgate Construction! I would also like to thank Ryoji Patton he is a complete professional. He handled everything with my insurance company from filing my claim to being there to answer any questions when the adjuster came to assess the damage to my roof. He was always available if I needed any information. When it was time to pick out the shingles his recommendations made my final decision easy. When the crew arrived they got to work right away. They made sure everything was protected. I also have a metal gazebo my backyard. They were very careful to make sure a tarp was securely fastened. The crew also made sure that during the removal of the of old roof they took the time to made sure the did not let any of the shingles hit the gazebo. The crew was very professional and courteous. They went through my yard at least 4 times to make sure there were no remaining nails left on my propert

From the initial consultation he answered all of our questions and was key to the insurance company re-evaluating their initial decision to perform minor roof repairs and switching to a full roof replacement after the wind damage.
