We first met with Dustin from Victors last Thursday. He did an excellent job listening to our concerns and addressing them after a very thorough inspection of our roof and attic, and he was an all around pleasure to do business with. Working with the rest of the Victors family was easier and more timely than I anticipated, to the point exactly 1 week after our inspection our new roof was already installed! Communication was clear throughout the scheduling process, covering materials, dumpster drop off/pick up, and installation dates. The installation crew was professional and took great care protecting the rest of the house while tearing our old roof off and installing the new one, which they finished in about 4 hours! My neighbor even commented on how they worked nonstop from start to finish, not even taking breaks. Guys we’re awesome workers 7 guys and one gal came to do the work. Put up web mesh around the house to catch all of the shingles as they tore them off. House and garage were done in one day. They all definitely new what they were doing and got it done. Clean up after and when they left couldn’t even tell they were here beside the new roof. I now have peace of mind knowing that I don’t have to worry about the roof anymore. Back in the day I would have did the roof but now I’m older I just can’t do it anymore.
