Used them before and they were good. This time, a major disappointment. Had to call several times and they kept saying the tech said he had been out. Then when he did show up 5 days later, he replaced the hose (because I said it was a damaged hose) took our money and told us that wasn't the issue and he didn't have time to find the issue because he had another appointment. NEVER AGAIN. We refer hundreds of clients a year due to our line of business but we wont even send our enemies here. Gave one star because it was required. MICH TECH please dont respond to me. Nothing I said here is false. This was my experience with you.
