I want to thank Clint and the whole team for an excellent job they did on replacing my roof! From the initial contact to the on-site estimate to the follow up calls and excellent job performed on my house they were responsive, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them! We first called for a roof and gutter estimate and talked to Kaitlin. She set up an appointment with Pete Theofanopoulos. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We usually get more than one estimate but were so impressed that we didn’t need to get any additional estimates. We talked to both Jamie & Tammy the day before about the time the crew would show up and the dumpster delivery. Jason and his crew along with Justin the Project Mgr. showed up on time and went right to work like a well oiled machine. The gutters were installed a couple days later. We were very impressed with every person that we came in contact with at Tittle Brothers Construction and will highly recommend them. If I could give this company a negative rating I would!!! They didn’t show up for the first appointment and then called and said they were a half hour away by then it would have been dark who can inspect a roof in the dark? It was Scott Tittle no less hmmmm. Then Jaime called apologizing that it is not there practice for this to happen. Stupid me, I gave them a second chance this time I was ghosted altogether. Then they call the next day with all kinds of excuses!!! Sorry had someone out already roof repaired. Not only do they not care how much time of your life they waste they must not need the business either. Look at the low reviews before you make an appt with them. If they don’t care now what about showing up if you need them after they install something ? Think twice
