I signed a contract on May 4 for gutter and fascia replacement. I had an odd situation where I would do a portion of the prep work before the Tittle crew would show up. That was assured to me that that was no problem and that the project would be complete in 6-8 weeks. On July 22, ~11 weeks after contract signing and after several consistent calls from me week after week to get an install date, I was just told that this is not work they do so our contract is void. I called Tittle 7+ times over the course of waiting and they never told me there was an issue, only just "we need to wait on our carpenter to be free". For new customers, be wary if you have anything non-standard.

We were looking for a roof and gutter replacement. In addition, we need the same company to eliminate the chimney from our roof due to the fact we had upgraded our furnace and water heater to high efficiency, and therefore it was no longer used the chimney (No fireplace at our home). We received two additional quotes then the one by Tittle Brothers. Tittle Brothers stood out from the rest of the companies due to : 1. Platinum Protection Warranty backed by Owens Corning 2. Before we signed with Tittle Brothers we found a new area on our roof that started to pull away/ cave in slightly from the other area on the roof. The crew arrived sharply at 8am. Insulation of my roof was very swift and completely done at 10:58am, I was very impressed with the time and quality of the workmanship. I'm in a financial crunch, and Chris Brown worked with me on the out of pocket costs and added it to the finance department...... great guy CB is! My only issue was that I did find five nails in my driveway, I hope that I didn't miss any.
