The first time I ever needed a plumber was back 2009 or 2010 and our home warranty called and sent Mike from Absolute Plumbing. I explained what was going on and he spent time finding the issue. He took his time and was up front about things. Since that time whenever we need anything I call him. I have kept his number this whole time. I have recommended him to friends and he will tell you if he can do it or not. We were just talking the other day when he came out to install a new toilet in our basement and he noticed another problem that might be an issue down the road and told me he don’t do that kind of work anymore. He did recommend another company if need be. He has done everything from replacing pipes underground to just tightening something under the sink at my house. Mike even came out on New Years Eve of 2022. Called to check today if anything was leaking from what he just installed Monday. Then I realized I have never reviewed them. I will continue to call Mike from Absolute

Our family has had Mike out on a number of issues. He always responds as soon as possible with a day and time and always shows up. Mike has fixed all our issues and is very reasonable in his pricing. He has never had to come back to fix his work. He is very professional and courteous when he arrives and on the phone. I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing issues and you can feel confident that he is one of the best around our area.

Absolutely expensive....I found Absolute in the neighborhood paper,, I called them explained to Mike my problem which was the water in the kitchen sink would run down through the ceiling in the basement when on. He came in a timely and, looked at the problem and quoted me 600.00, I thought it was really steep, didn't complain, guess business slow, I don't do plumbing and wanted it fixed. He gone to Home Depot about 3 times during his visit for parts, odd, anyway, he was courteous and nice, ( don't let that fool you) he did a great job... I had the check wrote out for 600.00, when the job was done, I was given him the check, he tells me it's going to be 659.00 I'm like hell, he said 600.00, anyway, I wrote another one..for what he requested, I guess he charged me extra for the Home Depot visit Anyway, that really turned me off, it'll be my last time dealing with them. The 2 stars were for on time and fixed problem..
