Chris arrived on time for the appointment, quickly provided a quote for me to approve. Had to make multiple trips out to his truck for parts, always took his booties off outside and put them back on to keep work area clean. Excellent work, friendly, professional. Highly recommend. This is our third time using Universal plumbing for different jobs. Colin did a great job. Was very professional and thorough. While installing a sump pump back-up he noticed that a motor on our current sump pump is not working properly. A new motor was installed right there and then. Answered all our questions. We are happy with the company. Definitely recommend
I had a loose fitting hose spigot that also leaked inside my house. Chris and his colleague replaced it with ease while also educating me on the issue. They were very punctual and provided me with quality work and knowledge.
