We were without air for a week waiting on approval from consumers energy appliance plan for the repairs. Great Dane went above and beyond even calling consumers energy. Eric was knowledgeable and very nice. We have air!!! Would highly recommend Great Dane Service: HVAC system repair

So we're brand new homeowners and our AC wasn't working. Called Great Dane on recommendation from the previous homeowner, and they were able to come out in 2 days, perfect for my schedule. Brett came out and was friendly and professional and we found the issue was with a second DTE meter we didn't know about. But I was glad to have the information Brett provided and will be happy to use Great Dane in the future! Service: A/C system maintenance

After many estimates, I ended up going with Great Dane. The salesman did a great job of explaining everything, and answering all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable about what he is selling. The installers did a great job of removing and intstalling our new system (furnace and AC) and cleaning up after themselves. Explained how the new system works all the while walking us through it all. No complaints here. Thanks.
