Harriman Heating & Air Conditioning

Our furnace stopped working yesterday. We've had a maintenance agreement with Harriman Heating for some time, so we called them for help. They sent two technicians, Josh and Jon, within a couple of hours. They diagnosed the problem and gave us very informative quotes on replacing our failed furnace with a high efficiency furnace. Today, Jay and Mike came out and installed the new furnace -- a whole day's work, taking out the old system, replacing things that hadn't been done correctly on the old installation, and getting our heat going again. Jay Robinson and Mike Alto did an excellent job installing my new central air. The company has also installed a new furnace and water heater. The furnace and water heater are in a small space and needed expertise such as sizing the furnace correctly. The company that put the previous furnace in did not do that and its lifespan was shortened. I also have a service agreement with the company. They are on-time, professional and friendly 100 percent of the time.

Josh the technician and Jon his supervisor were super knowledgeable and professional. They took into consideration our concerns regarding the cost of the job by avoiding unnecessary repairs and being flexible on price. Josh showed up on time and worked quickly.
