We have been going to Harriman for heating and cooling needs for years now. Mostly just maintenance. But they have put in a new water heater for us and this time replaced our furnace and A/c which were in a dangerous state of age. They are professional, courteous and do a fantastic job. Jesse and Alex got everything installed and got our heat back on pretty darn fast for such a huge job. I'm extremely happy with Harriman and will continue to send my business their way. Can’t say enough about the high quality service I received from Harriman Heating & A/C. Mitch came to my house to look at my furnace that had stopped working. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and well-spoken. He explained his inspection in a clear, step-by-step manor. He provided the information i needed to make the decision whether to have the furnace repaired or replaced. I decided on a new, energy-efficient furnace. Jesse, a seasoned pro, and his hard-working assistant, Dave, were at my home early the next morning. They did a great job installing the new Trane furnace. Jesse also explained everything in easy-to-understand terms. Thanks also to Dawn and Emily in the office.
