Roof Management has replaced 5 of 6 phases of a total roof replacement at our Dearborn HQ campus. Phase 6 is scheduled for next year. They performed repairs to keep the older sections leak free while we phased the 35 roof replacements on a worst-first basis. This phased process helped us “manage to the budget” and prevent huge jumps in year over year capital spend. Quotes are fair and very cost competitive, crews are professional and management communicated schedules that worked well for us.
